Match Reamer for 85-107 gr Bullets The 6 x 47 Lapua match reamer below was designed for highpower rifle competition by Robert Whitley and Dave Kiff at Pacific Tool. The body dimensions are tighter than the standard CIP drawing, and this has a "no neck turn" neck of .275" (about .005" over a loaded round). It is throated for, and works well with, bullets in the 85 gr to 107 gr range. Since the DTAC 115's have a very long bearing surface, there is a separate longer throated reamer on this website for those who wish to shoot, and anticipate shooting, the 115 gr bullets with the cartridge. Note: The reamer below was set up for highpower rifle competition as a "no neck turn" reamer with .005" neck clearance over a loaded round (i.e. non-neck turned loaded rounds measure right around .270" at the neck). If you wish to neck turn and have special reamer requirements feel free to call Dave Kiff at Pacific Tool to set up a reamer to your requirements.
